Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The article is original and has not been published or submitted for review to any other scientific journal.
  • The article is presented according to Guide for Authors format.
  • I have signed and ready to upload the documents:
    Letter of originality.
    Statement of responsibility and authorship.
    Declaration of no conflict of interest.
  • The article complies with the "Guidelines for Authors" and the "PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING ARTICLES TO INCITEC" detailed below.

Author Guidelines

PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING ARTICLES TO INCITEC

Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process. The author must ensure that his/her scientific article complies with the parameters described in the INCITEC Guide for Authors, which can be downloaded in .doc format by clicking here. 

In addition, authors must attach the following information at the time of submitting the article:

  • Originality letter, with the format available by clicking here.
  • Declaration of responsibility and authorship, with the format available by clicking here.
  • Declaration of no conflict of interest, with the form available by clicking here.
  • Blinded article (i.d. no author names)
